Why is it important to reconsider the current business model?
If you want to find a way to develop your business and be ahead of your competitors, you must think more about the business model – we consider it regularly.
We suggest starting with the following three steps:

- We recommend preparing the canvas of your business model by including the key employees of the company, who not only envisage the business processes out-of-the-box, but also deal with them in their daily activities. Interviews with employees provide additional information about the areas to be pursued or improved and, at the same time, increase employee engagement.
- In parallel, it is important to carry out a financial analysis of the company for a period of 2–3 years, to refine the cost of services rendered and operating costs, and to identify the main cost centres.
